Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a black cloak and cross-gartered yellow stockings. He has done his best to style his silver hair to look like a famous performer. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gold eyes.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: Fenriz was born with his father's beautiful face. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: She wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society, and she perpetually has her quarterstaff ready. Sporting a white mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her gray eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: She was born into a rich family. When Mara reached her early adolescence her Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he prefers to wear flannel. He keeps his long white fur kept up in a rat tail. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker brown hat.
Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: Born in the west to a Shepherd, Windy learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Shepherd work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shepherd work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. During his travels, Windy and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Windy discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Windy fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Description: This western woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. Her chestnut hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. She has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.
Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the west were limited. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.
Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable.

History: Whurbin lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
