History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Sorath grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Pyra took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up mace and armor she uses now. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Rolf was born the youngest of three triplets. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
