Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tomi grew up listening to his father's many stories. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage.
