History: He comes from a rich eastern family. When Valafar reached his early adolescence his Tiefling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. She struck the Architect job and began her own company from there.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her singing with anyone who is interested.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shava grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shava. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and a deep hatred of brigands

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Griselda was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
