History: Shanairla was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Gifted from a young age, Oriff studied abroad. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Shoemaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shoemaker work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Shoemaker job and began her own company from there.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nogu grew up listening to her father's many stories. Nogu abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has never given up on her music dream.

Description: She wears a green deerstalker hat and green clothes. She carries a battered nunchaku and tarnished sword as well. Her white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her half smiles and silver eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Performer business.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Rieta has worked very hard to control her curse. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her hair is short and white. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines gray.
Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Navigator born in the past three hundred years. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.
History: Born in the west to a Navigator, Loopmottin learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Loopmottin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and to be a farmer again

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
