Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is wearing a long, brown, dusty cloak. He has no hair. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Balimaar is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Balimaar was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Miller. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: He got into the Shipwright business at a young age. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has worked as a Shipwright like his mother before him.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and seeks redemption

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Her golden hair is knotted and matted. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady violet eyes.
Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Grigi reached her early adolescence her Half-Orc mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
Motivation: To clean up the streets.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Shadow has worked very hard to control his curse. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: She is in excellent shape and wears professional attire. She has wavy chestnut hair. Her violet eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Nora embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: She was raised in a forest tribe. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nora fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
