Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Emeny and her spouse have recently divorced.
