However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Elysande fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 4'7" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears suspenders and blue workpants. Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Syllin took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up crossbow and armor she uses now. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
