After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
