Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She has worked as a Miller like her mother before her.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance.
