Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Weaver father left him crippled. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Delg hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His childhood dream was to be a Masseuse, but he was a colossal failure. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and many orcs want him driven away

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: He is typically in his Masseuse uniform. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Baz was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Masseuse work with an outfit from a few towns over. Masseuse work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new masseuse responsibilities is difficult

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is wearing a long, red cloak. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy red hair. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Body Guard kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and retire the richest man in the south

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Butcher. Three is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Expand his business; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Apothecary arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
