History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. A gifted student he started as a Server, but he got bored and became a Fisher. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Through the years after Roger was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Roger's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
