History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and balancing her hectic life and new adventurer responsibilities is difficult

History: Mara was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. Her addictions have taken their toll on her wallet, and she has found herself with a great deal of debt owed.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

History: He was born in a small forest village. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Shax was born the youngest of three triplets. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
