History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Richard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tanglar grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Tatyan was born on a far northern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Stableman. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She wants to get laid.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Stylist. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her childhood dream was to be a Map Maker, but she was a colossal failure. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is a Beggar first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered brigands who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She works hard and plays hard.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.
