Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Oren was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor.
