History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Architect. After a long history of fighting, Gillyd and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Banker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
