History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Dilettante work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dilettante work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To be a Cartwright again.

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He usually wears his black robe and has his rapier always slung over his shoulder. His hair is dark red, silky, and of moderate length. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Phann liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He is a Body Guard first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Body Guard but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He tends to his Body Guard job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Navigator business.

History: Aelar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

History: The child of a Spice Merchant, who enjoyed hunting, Gormogord was taken on many hunting expeditions. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She worked as a nervous Cartwright and found it very stressful. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.
