Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears tattered old clothes. His blonde hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 43. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Rolen was born the youngest of three triplets. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the north were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: 4'11" and muscular, this southern man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His auburn hair is braided into rings. His eyes are blue and beady.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Jeweler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: Silvo wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Silvo was born with his father's beautiful face. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her tied-back hair is silver. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Gynk was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gynk decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Prosperine grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She has worked as a Barrister like her mother before her.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and someone believes her a fraud

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She works hard and plays hard.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Osah fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

History: Born to a Mercenary, his mother struggled to pay the bills. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
