History: Born to a Blacksmith, his father struggled to pay the bills. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Gerbo never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: Jezebeth was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Engraver work with an outfit from a few towns over. Engraver work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Roland was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Roland's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
