History: Born in the south to a Bellfounder, Shifting learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She found a children's book about a Tabaxi Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Shifting was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the illithids.
