History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Apothecary work with an outfit from a few towns over. Apothecary work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is a Bookbinder first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Serpent was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. Personality: Elama hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
