She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

History: Vlorn was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Nurkara was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. Nurkara abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
