He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Syllin was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Syllin decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Yebe was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Yebe's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has never given up on her singing dream.

History: Matilda hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
