History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Reirak grew up listening to his father's many stories. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. After coming to the age of reason, Mella took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he wants revenge against orcs

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Oppleby was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
