History: Patrick hails from a village terrorized by drow. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Patrick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a Locksmith, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
