Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Merchant but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: Ida was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Merchant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Merchant work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She now owns her own business.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: To end her boredom.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gale was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Gale and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Her blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She hates Halflings with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
