He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Born to a Slave Trader, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Herleva fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Bertram was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Unemployed hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He bought a shortbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: Born in the east to a Detective, Sumnes learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dwarven companion (her 'brother'). She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Detective.

Motivation: She wants revenge against drow; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the east were limited. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
