History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. The war was a terrible time for her, and Bella does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Bella was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
