History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Mary alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bounty Hunter they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Mercenary, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: Gerald wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: Gerald was born the youngest of three triplets. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fletcher they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Courier, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: He is fixated on the number 19. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Warryn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears an entirely brown suit with grey socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length red hair. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.
Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He plays an instrument quite well.
History: Rolf was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Rolf was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Rolf's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his kukri, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. Sporting a brown mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He has brown eyes and a blue hat with a green feather.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Mortician arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
