Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears a tattered pair of loose brown pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. Her golden hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He has done his best to style his copper crest to look like a famous performer. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Shedinn will drive conversation. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Shedinn lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Miller for the past few years.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jarana fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Pog was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Seamstress. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.
History: She got into the Architect business at a young age. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Dariff grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Dariff. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.
