History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Through the years after Xappan was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Xappan's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her childhood dream was to be a Slave Trader, but she was a colossal failure. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Weaver for the past few years.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. After coming to the age of reason, Arannis took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Stableman again; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Arumawann hails from a village terrorized by drow. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Revenge.

Description: Her left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her chestnut hair is heavily combed to the left. She is baby faced.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She's in love; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: An older woman who wears a grey shirt with thin brown vertical stripes and grey pants, she is not a threatening figure. Her head has been shaved. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Maynild alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Maynild was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: She is greedy.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her writing with anyone who is interested.

History: Shautha was born with her father's beautiful face. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: To unite with her sister.

Description: This late middle aged woman prefers to wear flannel and is in decent physical shape. Her chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.
