Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Andraste's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she is greedy

History: Kite lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Charles was born the youngest of three triplets. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting brigands, the young Robbie began to lead the lost caravan. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and she wants revenge against brigands

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. The war was a terrible time for him, and Tharivol does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he has a crush on the local bather

Personality: She is a Jeweler first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She was born in the south. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Jeweler. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
