History: Kûga lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Gardener, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Cartwright. She's also a talented Unemployed, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He got into the Spy business at a young age. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win.
