Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized red coat, marred by teas. Her auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. Her gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A freak accident while working with her Stableman father left her crippled. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Seraphina was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it

Description: This man stands a little under 5'11" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a tight fitting black shirt and pants. His silver hair is cut short. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Thakrak embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Thakrak hails from a village terrorized by brigands. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. Her gold crest is braided into rings. She is baby faced.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it; and she wants revenge against brigands

Description: This malnourished man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His red crest is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are red and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is an amazing painter.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He worked as a nervous Bather and found it very stressful. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: This man is very fat, and dresses like a well dressed Navigator does. He has no hair. His eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Navigator job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to be a barrister again

Description: This woman is very fat, and prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs. She has shaved her head bald. Her eyes are likewise amber. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is greedy.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a green broad hat and green clothes. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His silver eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Architect but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Merihim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to end his boredom

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking eastern young adult. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His white crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Dragonborn culture. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Dazzazn was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Dragonborn people.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears violet robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a sword, but if one is not available he will default to his dagger. He has no hair. He has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Stylist who has hired him part-time. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Stylist arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
