History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Adran was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gifted student he started as a Hunter, but he got bored and became a Ruler. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Through the years after Oolah was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Oolah's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born to a Glassblower, his father struggled to pay the bills. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
