Personality: Torbera is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Torbera was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Painter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Painter work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: Art is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He found a children's book about a Tabaxi Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dwarven artifacts is his passion; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Immeral embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Immeral was born with his father's beautiful face. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

Personality: Kyle hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Kyle was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: She was born into a rich family. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shield.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and wants to work out more often
