History: Gifted from a young age, Phann studied abroad. She always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Orla embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She uses divination through singing.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

His skin is flawless and his amber eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is a great chef.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gold eyes.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Scribe but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Howard was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Banker. He became a Banker soon after.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hrathy was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He's also a talented Bookbinder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.
