He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the south were limited. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: Chassath was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Thervan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Nora's homeland. Nora decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nora fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her first spouse was a Baker, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and an old rival family wants her found

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.

Personality: She hates illithids. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born into a rich family. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Meriele took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up longbow and armor she uses now. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
