History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Nykkan was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Knight. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Adelard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her necromantic talents. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Kristryd was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.
