History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Ilanis was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Oloric never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Dagnal was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born in the south. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Vaina was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a Mason, her father struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out
