Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress), and a wedding ring on his left hand. His silver hair and beard is wavy and long. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hupe grew up listening to his father's many stories. When Hupe reached his early adolescence his Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His white hair is smooth and relatively long. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Silvo's homeland. Silvo decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He bought a trident and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy golden hair. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.
History: Manfred hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting dire rats, the young Manfred began to lead the lost caravan. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

History: Savaran hails from a village terrorized by giants. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Miller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miller work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. Recently the stress of being a Miller has made it difficult for her to sleep.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His black hair is greasy and uncared for. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, William is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, William was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Dwarven culture. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Irann was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Irann decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Assassin hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Halimath fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
