History: She was born in the north. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Pelt alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His ears are large.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born to a Merchant, her father struggled to pay the bills. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion

History: Ûshgol was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greatsword.

History: She got into the Tanner business at a young age. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
