Description: This exceptionally lanky woman tends to wear a red poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. She has done her best to style her white hair to look like a famous performer. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines brown.
Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Seraphina was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she feels threatened by others

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of strength around his neck, and a kukri on his belt. He carries with him a set of kukris, each one with a ruby on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He enjoys reading and quiet.
History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Nim liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Gardener they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Locksmith, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing tan cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He has a very tight haircut. His brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.
History: A child with a great deal of music talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. After a long history of fighting, Bendoo and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Fletcher arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the south were limited. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: He is typically in his Barkeep uniform, and carries ceremonial daggers. With a patchy black beard and wild black hair. His eyes are green.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Barkeep and occasionally as a mercenary.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She wears a robe, a symbol of her god around her neck, and a ceremonial dagger on her belt. Her crest is short and brass. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: Ruloth is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: Born to a Spice Merchant, her father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Roofer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ruloth fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

History: Vicky was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Navigator. She tends to her Navigator job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
