History: Born to a Locksmith, her father struggled to pay the bills. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the east were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Rinn hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At a young age her father died while driving off some gnolls. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in ceremonial dagger use. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

Description: He prefers to wear yellow clothing when he does not wear armor. He is portly but not overly obese. His black hair is knotted and matted. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Naal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. In her youth she was part of a gang. Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Gifted from a young age, Hamil studied abroad. A gifted student he started as a Weaver, but he got bored and became a Soapmaker. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: This late middle aged woman wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with red colored cloaks and clothing and is in decent physical shape. Her chestnut hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: She is fixated on the number 25. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Vani was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Vani decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing her hectic life and new fisher responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Sweet was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
