He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident.
