History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Born in the west to a Barber, Nissa learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has worked as a Barber like her father before her.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Dadalan wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Dadalan enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Dadalan was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Oren isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Orc unity. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Oren was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Baelitae's homeland. Baelitae decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
