History: Scrag was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. A true patriot, Osco would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Osco was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shipwright for hire.

In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Emmeline alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
