History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Portia was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Portia's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Dilettante work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dilettante work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. Jasmine enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shipwright for hire.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He is mildly Dragonborn supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. At a young age his mother died while driving off some orcs. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in flail use. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.
