Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Burgell was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability.
