Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in the east to a Miner, Vanuath learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. After coming to the age of reason, Birel took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She got into the Mortician business at a young age. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now mingles about in high society.

History: He is a Lamia in disguise. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and to clean up the streets

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
